As a Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Engaging customers and promoting furniture sales by:
  • Building strong and enduring relationships with our clientele
  • Assisting customers in designing their homes by confidently blending various furniture styles
  • Collaborating with all store team members to create a memorable shopping experience
  • Maintaining an attractive store environment by organizing, cleaning, and caring for merchandise
  • Presenting yourself in a manner that positively reflects the brand
  • Contributing to a vibrant and supportive work atmosphere
  • Keeping informed about product knowledge and sharing insights with customers

Qualifications

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are expected to meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Capable of effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and team members
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Exhibit high energy and a competitive spirit
  • Self-motivated with a focus on setting and achieving goals
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement
