Position Overview: The Parts Sales Associate role offers the chance to engage with numerous customers, assisting them in acquiring automotive parts. The primary objective is to cultivate an exceptional purchasing experience that fosters customer loyalty towards AutoNation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet and assist both technicians and retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently source the correct parts and accessories for technicians and retail customers.
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the appropriate pricing sources and document the information in the designated systems.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously, striving to meet the caller's needs.
  • Organize and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly parts department.
  • Provide customers with essential information and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an automotive parts professional.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
  • One year of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
