Operational Duties
- Completes daily operational responsibilities, including maintaining the sales floor, stockroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Tapestry standards.
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including point-of-sale, operations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Utilizes Tapestry's tools and technology to support relationship building and client engagement efforts, driving sales and achieving individual objectives.
- Restocks inventory on the sales floor as required.
- Processes shipments as necessary.
Additional Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Must possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and the internet.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Mobility to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to provide customer service. Ability to reach, bend, and lift products from various heights, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to fifty pounds.
Schedule:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
