Financial Aid

Position Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial aid application process from initial contact through to the final award notification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct verification of selected students' FAFSA submissions.
  • Assess financial aid applications and implement necessary adjustments or recalculations.
  • Engage with students to provide information regarding financial aid requirements.
  • Stay informed on current federal and state regulations related to financial aid to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with various campus departments to provide accurate information to students.
  • Represent the Financial Aid Office at university events.
  • Assist in counseling students and addressing service requests through various communication channels.
  • Participate in departmental, institutional, and regional committees as needed.
Qualifications

Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Experience Required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Salary Information

$45,240

This is a non-exempt position compensated on a biweekly basis.
