As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and placing calls to clients for scheduling purposes
- Prioritizing multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner
- Maintaining proper documentation through client and pet records
- Assisting clients with necessary instructions, information, and invoices
- Scheduling future appointments
- Utilizing hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates
- Managing the financial needs of the hospital by maintaining accurate balances
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Advocating for pets through client education on preventative care and treatment recommendations
- Maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets, and teammates
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $13.35-$20.90 per hour, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
