About the Job

The Sales Associate - Member Experience will be responsible for ensuring that our members have an excellent shopping experience. This includes providing assistance with purchasing decisions, processing transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise. In addition, this role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as needed.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$23.00, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

The estimated salary range for this position is $32,640 - $47,480 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the minimum wage of $7.25 per hour does not apply. However, actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, performance, and tenure.
