Behavior Support Specialist - Residential Service Professional

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Support Specialist to join our team at DePelchin Children's Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth in our residential services.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old. Certification in First Aid and CPR is also required, with training provided upon hire. Your strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work effectively with diverse populations will enable you to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement interventions and activities designed to promote growth and stability in the residential milieu.
  • Work closely with Shift Supervisors to ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth assigned to your care.
