The JCC Association is actively looking for certified aquatic safety educators to conduct individualized swim instruction as well as group swim classes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking adaptable work hours, as private swim sessions are arranged based on your schedule. Group swim classes are typically held on weekdays during the afternoon. As an aquatic instructor, you will also enjoy complimentary access to our facility, including the fitness center, various fitness classes, and additional amenities.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Possess a valid lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification
  • Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in working with young children
  • Be willing to work outdoors, as the swimming area is outside
  • Exhibit the flexibility to work on both weekdays and weekends
Compensation is set at $25 per half-hour for private lessons and $20 per hour for group sessions.

Compensation Range:

$25,000 - $35,000
