Position Overview

The role of Senior Consultant/Architect in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is pivotal in ensuring that our clients achieve optimal results through effective management of their contract processes. Success in this position involves a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those into actionable strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and legal teams, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document their CLM workflows, including approval processes, to develop tailored strategies and architectural solutions.
  • Conduct thorough gap analyses to align client requirements with CLM functionalities, particularly focusing on Icertis.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process maps, architectural diagrams, and solution methodologies, emphasizing the business value and key performance indicators of proposed solutions.
  • Drive business process enhancements based on the insights gained from the recommended strategies and solutions.
  • Lead the design and configuration of prototypes or proof-of-concept models in a controlled development environment, ensuring the ability to engage hands-on when necessary.
  • Work closely with CLM configurators to implement solutions that meet business requirements, identify discrepancies, propose closure strategies, and document technical specifications.

Qualifications
  • Certification as an Icertis CLM Administrator.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business and functional analysis, with 4-6 years specifically in a customer-facing role on a leading CLM platform, preferably Icertis.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and collaborate with functional experts to develop solution strategies and translate them into functional designs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CLM interactions with sales, procurement, and other enterprise functions, including Supplier Management, Vendor Onboarding, and HR contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with CLM data models, data architecture, and data management, along with familiarity in integrating with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Icertis CLM platform capabilities and Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in leading large workshops, gathering requirements, and facilitating decision-making processes with business leaders and process owners.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
