The Senior Consultant/Architect role is pivotal in enhancing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities at Virtually Connected. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who can navigate complex business environments and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and legal teams, ensuring clear communication of project status and updates.
- Analyze and document CLM business processes, including approval workflows, to develop optimal strategies and architectural solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses based on business requirements and CLM functionalities.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional designs, process maps, and architecture diagrams, while assessing the business impact of proposed solutions.
- Lead the design and configuration of prototypes or proofs-of-concept, engaging hands-on when necessary.
- Collaborate with CLM configurators to implement solutions that align with business needs, identifying gaps and documenting design specifications.
Qualifications
- Certification as an Icertis CLM Administrator.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business or functional analysis, with 4-6 years specifically in a customer-facing role on a leading CLM platform, preferably Icertis.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and work with functional experts to translate them into actionable designs.
- Understanding of CLM's interdependencies with sales, procurement, and other enterprise functions.
- Hands-on experience with CLM data models and architecture, as well as integration with CRM and ERP systems.
- Deep knowledge of the Icertis CLM platform's capabilities and Agile methodologies.
- Skilled in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and driving decision-making processes with stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required.
