UltraSource LLC is a leading provider of processing and packaging equipment solutions for the meat, poultry, seafood, and dairy industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team and provide strategic financial guidance to our executive management team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting department and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive management team.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
- Maintain internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and expenditures.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain the accuracy of the published company dashboard.
- Develop and monitor business performance metrics and establish corporate strategies, objectives, and policies.
- Supervise a staff of five employees and ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
