Project Management:
  • Independently oversee small commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Create comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide consistent updates to all stakeholders.
Technical Oversight:
  • Deliver technical guidance to ensure all engineering aspects are thoroughly addressed.
  • Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and related documents.
  • Resolve technical challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
