- Independently oversee small commercial projects from start to finish.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes.
- Conduct project meetings and provide consistent updates to all stakeholders.
- Deliver technical guidance to ensure all engineering aspects are thoroughly addressed.
- Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Resolve technical challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Assist in selecting materials and equipment that meet project specifications.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis to aid in budgeting and financial planning.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets while monitoring financial expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to minimize expenses.
- Maintain accurate and current financial records.
- Compile and present financial reports related to project performance.
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to uphold high standards.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Address quality concerns promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.
- Keep detailed records of quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and support to team members regarding quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:
