Job Summary

TCE Construction is seeking a highly skilled Excavation Construction Laborer - Excavator to join our team in Windsor, CO. As a key member of our excavation team, you will be responsible for performing manual labor with heavy equipment, installing underground utilities, and operating a variety of tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including excavators and trailers
  • Install underground utilities, such as pipes and cables
  • Perform manual labor, including digging and hauling materials
  • Work collaboratively with the excavation team to ensure project success
  • Take direction from the Foreman and contribute to a safe and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Ability to start within the next 2 weeks
  • Ability to operate and back up a trailer with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Physical ability to handle objects up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of excavations, and stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Physical ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, reach, climb, or crawl
  • Willingness to work outside in the heat and cold
  • Willingness to travel (lodging and per diem is provided)
  • Availability for emergencies
  • Reliable transportation to projects
