As a Business Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in strategic discussions and assisting management in optimizing their use of SAP S4/Hana.
  • Collaborating with departmental leaders to foster open communication, identify challenges, and establish enhancement priorities.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for business process enhancements to maximize productivity.
  • Prioritizing business needs and effectively communicating plans to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Translating business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring successful implementation in SAP S4/Hana or other applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues within SAP S4/Hana processes across various modules including SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG.
  • Guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Following up with clients to confirm resolution of issues.
  • Implementing SAP S4/Hana solutions using established system development lifecycle and project management practices.
  • Applying change management methodologies and ensuring comprehensive documentation for system modifications.
  • Partnering with vendors and external support teams to address system challenges, develop enhancements, and manage project tasks.
  • Troubleshooting both functional and technical issues within SAP S4/Hana.
  • Working closely with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure consistent, viable solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining test scripts.
  • Facilitating and executing end-user acceptance testing in accordance with support team protocols.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and management of policies, processes, and standards within the technical framework.
  • Contributing to the creation of training materials.
  • Demonstrating responsiveness in a dynamic environment that demands optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Skills in training both internal and external users.
  • Proficiency in writing test scripts, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Experience with system implementations.
  • Expertise in leading system implementations utilizing SDLC and project management methodologies.
  • Able to provide support for both SAP S4/Hana and non-SAP S4/Hana systems.
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry; FDA experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $75-$79.39 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
