Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ProCare Rx. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our pharmacy benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Inbound Calls: Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Assess, prioritize, and resolve client issues using excellent listening and comprehension skills, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Documentation and Retention: Accurately document and retain all pertinent information related to client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 year of pharmacy technician experience or PBM experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism in judgment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to exercise logical critical thinking in problem-solving.
Education and Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus.

Physical Demands
