KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes extensive brand recognition and engages various customer segments, including contractors, homeowners, and property managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to devise tailored marketing initiatives for specific stores and markets.
  • Assist in the deployment of a contemporary marketing toolkit to enhance business operations.
  • Work closely with store managers, sales personnel, and other key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overarching company objectives.
  • Establish brand standards that ensure uniformity in brand representation and messaging across all customer interactions, both online and offline.
  • Oversee a promotional calendar in partnership with the sales team, ensuring alignment with significant sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in business or design is required.
  • Multiple years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or integrated marketing within a consumer-focused business or agency.
  • Strong familiarity with modern marketing tools and practical experience in areas such as email, SMS, digital marketing, and social media.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with enthusiasm for both ideation and implementation.
  • A willingness to immerse oneself in the paint industry and become knowledgeable about the category.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient copywriting skills are expected.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to the evolution of two well-established brands with rich histories.
  • Analytical thinking to assess cost implications against ROI, combined with creativity and a design-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to tackle any task, regardless of size.
