We are seeking a Program Coordinator for our client, Cynet Systems.

Position Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the main on-site leader for project execution teams on designated assignments.
  • Creates project timelines and ensures adherence to established plans for assigned initiatives.
  • Assesses the contractual scope of work and evaluates the implications of client-issued updates, field directives, and scheduling modifications.
  • Proactively seeks additional opportunities through change orders.
  • Conducts relevant cost assessments, prepares proposals, and negotiates final pricing and client acceptance.
  • Oversees financial management, including billing and collections.
  • Ensures timely and accurate project billing to clients.
  • Maintains financial goals and ensures positive cash flow.
  • Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions.
  • Analyzes financial reporting systems and project timelines to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Effectively communicates project status, challenges, and financial health to management as necessary.
  • Manages risks and formulates recovery plans when needed.
  • Resolves conflicts with minimal escalation.
  • Negotiates, prepares, and issues subcontract agreements.
  • Ensures compliance with project documentation controls as per contract requirements and standards.
  • Supervises project execution to ensure adherence to specifications, local regulations, and installation methods.
  • Manages the selection, procurement, and delivery scheduling of materials for assigned projects.
  • Builds and sustains long-term relationships with clients, consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Participates in job progress meetings as required.
  • Ensures subcontractors are clear on project expectations.
  • Verifies that any engineering and commissioning performed by the field team aligns with established standards.
  • Facilitates the escalation of product-related issues.
  • Assists the Branch Manager and sales team in project development initiatives.
  • Coordinates customer training requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an Associate's Degree with equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction sector.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficient in project management software and financial accounting systems.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.
