Job Description

Sika AG is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place and consolidate customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing information and enter customer pricing into SAP for invoicing accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing quick and accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate order status to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process returns, credits, and rebills within required timeframes.
  • Attend regional meetings to build relationships with sales personnel and stay informed about company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
