Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty & Stouffer Realty. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers, while also building relationships with other real estate agents and professionals in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide them with the best real estate options
  • Research the local market and understand current real estate trends and regulations
  • Create marketing and advertising materials to promote properties
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the closing process
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Working knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing skills
