Role Summary:
In this pivotal Product Management position, you will leverage our substantial investment in research and development to create and launch innovative products tailored for the dynamic fintech environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing life-cycle management for new product introductions and ensuring that shifts in market demands and business objectives are accurately represented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product strategies that highlight potential risks, challenges, opportunities, and growth initiatives.

• Oversee project inventory during the budgeting phase, contributing to product roadmaps and ensuring timely execution.

• Analyze and monitor the profit and loss metrics for each product.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, drafting business scope documents and managing essential vendor partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, industry insight, financial management expertise, strategic vision, and executive presence.

• Familiarity with the financial services sector and its associated products.

Exceptional negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences across various organizational levels (executive, management, individual contributors).

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders.


• A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with FIS products and services or comparable fintech solutions.

Experience in banking.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development environments is preferred.

FIS is dedicated to offering its employees a fulfilling career path and competitive remuneration. The salary range for this full-time role is $117,000 - $197,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay will be influenced by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Changes in work location may also affect individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter regarding the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
