The Digital Media B2B Product Marketing team is in search of a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing leader to oversee our Mid-Market segment, which includes Small and Medium-sized businesses supported by Adobe's Direct Sales team. This is an exhilarating period for Adobe, marked by significant product advancements driven by Generative AI, presenting opportunities to enhance customer value. As a Segment Product Marketing leader, you will have a global scope and lead a team of Product Marketers responsible for the performance of the Mid-Market business across Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. You will spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of key sales initiatives aimed at expanding this segment. The ideal candidate will exhibit a business owner mentality, balancing strategic insight with execution prowess, and a proven history of driving growth in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete planning, execution, and optimization of sales initiatives grounded in customer insights and experiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on setting annual and quarterly financial objectives and sizing for baseline activities and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to determine effective strategies and secure leadership consensus on actionable recommendations.
  • Convert customer insights into business growth by leveraging tools such as propensity models, marketing campaigns, and seller enablement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and unlock new growth avenues for the business.
  • Lead new product launches in collaboration with Core Product Marketing teams and develop a framework for scaling go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly business reviews, assess risks and forecasts, and lead executive-level meetings.
  • Contribute to building and nurturing a positive and impactful team culture.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, go-to-market initiatives, or revenue operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leaders within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth in complex, fast-paced settings.
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook and experience in building and managing effective teams.
  • Strong executive presence complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Possess an 'owner-operator' mindset with a preference for decisive action.
  • MBA or consulting experience is preferred.
