Technical Project Manager

Entertainment Technology Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, management, and monitoring of technical staff and elements for successful events and services sold to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Touring and other team members to maintain tour technical quality
  • Reviewing tour quotes for technical equipment and staff assignments
  • Acting as an internal technical consultant to relay technical issues and trends to Engineering and Technology staff
  • Monitoring and evaluating Quality Control processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing technical liaison support to clients to explain technology, quality expectations, and technical options
  • Assisting with sales demonstrations and participating in venue walk-throughs and site-visits
  • Determining equipment requirements, planning placement, and evaluating feasibility of clients' concepts
  • Managing the quality of the tour product and on-site implementation of tours through technical guidance of tour staff
  • Ensuring equipment pull-lists are complete and provided to Warehouse staff
  • Assessing technical training requirements for Tour Technicians, quality control, and engineering staff
  • Researching and developing training systems to enhance knowledge and skills required by current and future business objectives
  • Recommending training approaches and implementing authorized programs
  • Monitoring progress of participants and reporting to management on results
  • Consulting with Director of Touring and other management staff to evaluate technical skills of applicants and internal candidates
  • Monitoring and consulting technicians on touring projects or assignments as required
  • Reviewing show reports and following up to investigate and resolve outstanding issues and areas of concern
  • Analyzing current equipment for lease inventory, researching new technology, and recommending the purchase of new equipment

Base Salary Range: $80,055.32/yr - $118,636.20/yr
