Job Opportunity

Misumi USA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth at key accounts in the upper midwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including design engineers, buyers, and management personnel.
  • Present products and services to technical and non-technical groups, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve revenue targets and support business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide informed recommendations and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial automation sales experience, preferably in mechanical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, with ability to use CRM software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer:
