Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice.
  • Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
