Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
