Key Responsibilities

  • Create test solutions for high-precision timing devices
  • Design and develop custom test boards and probe cards
  • Develop, refine, and scale test programs utilizing ATE platforms
  • Transition New Product Introduction (NPI) test packages into production
  • Lead initiatives for yield improvement and cost reduction
  • Assist with additional projects as required
Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in ATE development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Practical experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne and LTX-Credence
  • Understanding of analog electronics and board-level design
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and electronic lab instrumentation
  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly C++
  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
