About the Role at Ampere Computing

As a pivotal member of the Operations division at Ampere Computing, you will engage with seasoned professionals to enhance new product introduction (NPI) and mass production processes, significantly contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to establish ATE testing strategies
  • Oversee the design of probe cards and load boards, as well as the development of test programs
  • Promote ongoing enhancements in the quality of production test programs
  • Streamline testing procedures and minimize testing durations
  • Assist the Operations team with NPI and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) initiatives
  • Perform thorough failure analyses and implement yield improvement strategies

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering
  • Hands-on experience with VLSI SoC or microprocessor product development
  • Expertise in Advantest V93K test program creation
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor principles and CMOS circuitry
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in yield enhancement and reduction of test durations
  • Familiarity with ATE testing methodologies and silicon processing

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering
