Key Responsibilities

  • Develop testing solutions for high-precision timing devices
  • Design and implement custom test boards and probe cards
  • Create, refine, and scale test programs utilizing ATE platforms
  • Transition New Product Introduction (NPI) test packages to production
  • Lead initiatives for yield improvement and cost efficiency
  • Provide support for additional projects as required
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ATE development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Practical experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne and LTX-Credence
  • Proficient knowledge of analog electronics and board-level design
  • Skills in statistical analysis and proficiency with electronics lab instruments
  • Competence in programming languages, particularly C++
  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
