Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop testing solutions for high-precision timing devices
  • Design and create custom test boards and probe cards
  • Generate, refine, and scale test programs utilizing ATE platforms
  • Transition New Product Introduction (NPI) test packages into production
  • Lead initiatives aimed at yield improvement and cost reduction
  • Provide support for additional projects as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ATE development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Practical experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne and LTX-Credence
  • Understanding of analog electronics and board-level design
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and laboratory instrumentation
  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly C++
  • Strong collaborator with a proactive approach to achieving objectives
