About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ATE Test Development Engineer to join our team at the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing robust test solutions for our precision timing devices, taking into account quality, cost, and time to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom test boards and probe cards for our precision timing devices.
  • Set up, implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automated testing.
  • Ensure the test program is scalable, reusable, and accurate.
  • Collaborate with overseas personnel to release test solutions into production.
  • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.
  • Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
  • B.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Masters or PhD preferred.
  • Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX and LTX-Credence's ASL1K.
  • Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug.
  • Experience in statistical analysis of test data.
  • Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
  • Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++, experience with MATLAB and Python preferred but not required.
