We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist to join our team at Aerodyn Engineering, LLC. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality, complex parts for the Aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and job routers to obtain tight dimensions and tolerances on machined hardware.
  • Machine Setup and Operation: Perform machine set ups with different styles of tooling, including boring soft/hard jaws, collet chucks, and specialty tooling.
  • Programming and Quality Control: Program machine to set specified feeds, speeds, and depth of cut in accordance with material specifications and tooling guidelines. Appropriately measure all finished parts utilizing portable CMM, calipers, bore gages, pins, and micrometers.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Assist CNC Programming with troubleshooting, best practice operation, and unique fixturing solutions to achieve a high-quality, profitable part. Review and complete all required documentation and time entry within the ERP system for proper scheduling requirements.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines, programming, and quality control. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
