  • Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Inspect and measure components to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including quality assurance, planning, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a CNC machinist.
  • Knowledge of various machining and metal-working equipment.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  • Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and investigating failures.
  • General computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to organize daily tasks based on supervisor instructions.
  • Must be punctual, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and maintain a positive attitude.
