Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuous improvement events and workshops to identify and implement best practices.
  • Utilize manufacturing methods, part routings, and CNC programs to optimize production efficiency.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce machine set-up times and increase productivity.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of equipment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to perform failure analysis and root cause analysis for defective components.
  • Train and audit machine operators to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Proven strong organizational and analytical skills required.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or higher in a mechanical discipline required.
  • Experience working in a Quality Management System such as ISO9001 or AS9100 highly preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/Process improvement tools experience highly preferred.
  • 3 years' experience programming and setup of CNC lathes/mills required.
  • Swiss lathe experience highly preferred.
  • Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

This is a direct hire role with a salary range of approximately $80,000.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k+match, and PTO.
