About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at HealthPartners. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including coordinating care with internal and external specialists.

As a resource to our patients, you will educate them on improving their oral health and reducing the risk of future dental disease. You will also serve in a leadership role as a team member in the delivery of dental care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice dentistry in a style that is consistent with HealthPartners' mission, goals, and values.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
  • Provide a broad range of clinical skills, including participating in quality assurance and peer review activities.
  • Take responsibility for and oversee the delivery of dental care to patients.
  • Provide training and work direction to auxiliary and clerical personnel, and provide feedback to clinic management as requested.
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, and practices designed to safeguard the health and safety of patients and staff.
  • Participate in the governance of HealthPartners through attendance at dental staff meetings and participation in at least one dental committee.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed to practice dentistry by the State of Minnesota.
  • Maintains a current DEA certificate.
  • Maintains current certification in CPR.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Plans and uses time effectively in maintaining a busy clinical practice.
  • Maintains a current knowledge base in dentistry.
