Learning and Development Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering the learning and development aspects of the eight recommendations stemming from the 2024 PDR Review, working alongside the WICC Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
This involves leading on the implementation of several of the PDR review recommendations, to support the embedding of a new approach to PDR across the University for both our Academic and Professional Services Colleagues.
The role holder will be required to be competent at understanding and navigating complex organisational structures whilst demonstrating laser focus on programme delivery.

This position is open to applicants seeking Exeter-hybrid working arrangements.
