Job Overview

Prioritize Roofing of Lakeland, LLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our sales division. This role offers an entry-level opportunity with vast potential for advancement, providing immediate earning potential and long-term career growth prospects. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying new client prospects and collaborating with a sales engineer to finalize contracts for IT services. Responsibilities include proactive phone prospecting, networking, minimal door-to-door visits, proposal and quote preparation, and involvement in the complete sales cycle. The ability to schedule appointments via phone is crucial, with a focus on maintaining a high call volume initially. Key Highlights:

Responsibilities:
  • Plans and organizes their day to be most productive including proposal creation, making presentations, and cold calling.
  • Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation.
  • Aggressively identify qualified opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Generate business and meet quota with prospecting activity and sales goals.
  • Maintain records of key business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Adhere to Prioritize Roofing of Lakeland, LLC policies and procedures including all assigned marketing, product/service offerings, and pricing terms.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of IT sales experience, tech support, or computer science experience Preferred.
  • Able to successfully call, manage, and convert calls to actual sales leads.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tech-specific knowledge.
