About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as an LPN in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our clients, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Our extensive paid training program will ensure that you have the skills and confidence to succeed in this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $30-35 per hour, making it a competitive offer in the industry. Job Description

As an LPN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one care to our clients, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Monitoring and documenting client progress, identifying any changes or concerns, and communicating effectively with our clinical team
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • Experience working as an LPN, preferably in a home health care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
