Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Care Specialist to join our team at Resurgens Orthopaedics. The successful candidate will work closely with our physicians to provide exceptional patient care, performing a range of clinical and administrative tasks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality orthopaedic services. As an Orthopaedic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting pre-operative medical histories and physical exams
  • Assisting in surgery, including first assist and deep tissue closures
  • Dictating discharge summaries and maintaining surgical procedure logs
  • Providing administrative support, including coding and billing information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in orthopaedic nursing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
