We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers on products and services.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in membership sales and renewal processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Knowledge of store products and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
