Job Title: Client Care Representative

OSG Inc. is a global provider of leading customer engagement and payment solutions. We help clients integrate critical customer interactions to optimize working capital and drive profitable business growth.

Core Role Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and website.
  • Answer questions or concerns from clients regarding company products and services.
  • Educate clients on the use of company website.
  • Provide client orientation/training on products and services offered by OSG Inc.
  • Aid clients with billing questions regarding services.
  • Utilize available systems to process client orders.
  • Respond and close Salesforce cases submitted by clients.
  • Field calls from clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, oral & written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to adapt to high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in working in a client-facing environment.
  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment.
