  • Manage Third-Party Vendors: Oversee contracts with third-party services (content creation, video production, and digital tools) to support content initiatives.
  • Engage with Customers and Contractors: Represent our brand on-site, interacting with customers, gathering testimonials, and capturing the authenticity of each project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with a hands-on focus on multimedia content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques.
  • Comfortable with physical activities such as climbing roofs, navigating job sites, and working in various outdoor conditions.
  • Experience with video production and editing, including proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut, as well as social platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in operating drones, cameras, and other content-capturing equipment (or willingness to learn).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems, and other digital tools to track performance and make data-based decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple content projects, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats (text, image, video).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to capture content from job sites.
