- Quoting pricing, rates, and inventory availability

- Receiving credit applications (manually and online)
- Staying up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
- Understanding and implementing dealership sales processes
- Maintaining Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
- Taking digital photos for posting on our website
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
