Job Summary

The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Physician. This role requires performing advanced clinical skills, collecting patient data, and documenting care provided in the patient medical record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs advanced direct and indirect patient care, under the direction of a physician, as specified in the skills inventory, in a competent manner, according to the needs/age of the patient/population served;
  • Assists in planning and implementing direct patient care; documents care provided in patient medical record in accordance with Practice policies/procedures;
Required Qualifications
  • One (1) year of clinical experience in a designated specialty area preferred;
  • Ability to understand written instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations; demonstrates skills for assigned specialty area/function or assigned procedures;
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Memorial Hermann also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
