We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all credentialing and reappointments for physicians and physician extenders across our network of hospitals.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team that prioritizes patient care and well-being. As a Medical Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our physicians have the necessary credentials to provide high-quality care to our patients.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain all credentialing and reappointments for physicians and physician extenders
  • Update and complete initial and reappointment applications for physicians and physician extenders
  • Ensure licensure, DEA, and DPS certificates are current for physicians and physician extenders
  • Obtain credentials for physician extenders with each hospital where they have privileges
  • Assist Business Office staff as needed
