About the Role:

Gin & Luck is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to lead our bar team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Set up bar station in a timely manner, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and mise en place is complete.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  4. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, promoting their professional growth.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • $xx/hour plus a point percentage of the full house tip pool, based on hours worked per shift.

Working Environment:
  • The Lead Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
