Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at THE TURN HOUSE in Columbia, MD. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create unique and delicious craft cocktails according to our recipes.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various liquors, including bourbons, tequilas, gins, and more, and be able to discuss flavor profiles with guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Cash handling and accurate order taking.
  • Making recommendations to guests for food and drinks.
  • Resets the bar and performs light cleaning and organization tasks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with full weekend availability required.
