Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our production team at Rich Products Corporation. As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform labor tasks within and around the plant, including assisting in the manufacturing of our products.
  • Work on a production line to assist with manufacturing our products, following all production standard procedures.
  • Comply with all Safety, GMP, Quality, Plant Policies and other Associate and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned, including feeding pans and trays to the production line, greasing pans, applying shipping labels, and inspecting product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
  • Ensure that all production codes and labels are printed accurately and legibly per product specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement Teams and other temporary teams as assigned or as a volunteer.
