Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our team at PrePass, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role is crucial in maintaining system integrity, performance, and security, while also developing new solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring seamless integration with PrePass's toll payment and bypass systems.
  • Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and security, quickly addressing any issues to maintain smooth operations for mission-critical applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows, forms, and reports to support PrePass's unique business processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Business Intelligence, and other technical teams to understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Manage system upgrades and new releases, ensuring they align with operational needs and minimize any potential disruption to services.
  • Maintain data integrity across the CRM system, focusing on accuracy and reliability of data used in critical functions such as fleet management and tolling.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user/admin guides.
  • Work with the data management and Business Intelligence teams to ensure smooth integration of Dynamics 365 data with other systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in all phases of the solution delivery life cycle, including planning, design, testing, and implementation, with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency for PrePass's expanding services.
  • Train and support end users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionality, with a focus on enhancing their ability to leverage the system for specific business needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Experience with the design and development of workflows, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Experience managing system upgrades and new releases with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management as it relates to Dynamics 365.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly preferred.
