Job Summary

Airstream Inland Empire, a leading RV dealership in California, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to provide exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, greeting customers and assisting with their service needs.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time.
  • Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure that all service records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department.
  • Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an RV dealership setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer programs and systems used in the service department.
