Subaru Master Technician

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Subaru Master Certified Service Technician to join our team at Hello Subaru of Temecula. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Test and diagnose vehicle systems, using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors, providing clear estimates and updates on repair progress.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications, ensuring expertise in Subaru repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably with Subaru.
• ASE Certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve.
